About Us

Helen founded Otilly and Lewis over 25 years ago in Peregian Beach, part of Noosa. After living in Hong Kong and then working with the department store Lane Crawford for 11 years, she was inspired to open her own shop.

The idea of Otilly and Lewis was to introduce the best products from Europe and the world to her clients in Australia. Helen through her 35 years of travelling to Europe and North Africa has built some amazing relationships which grew out of 'trust' and 'mutual respect'. This integrity has allowed her to work with the same designers such as Caravane and Manuel Guibal for many years. Through her travels she has also come across many Artisans who give Otilly and Lewis a unique edge. These relationships have transformed Helen's own outlook on what is important in life.

Helen is surrounded by a family of support at Otilly and Lewis that is lead by Iza, who's loyalty, creativity and hard work over many years has been integral to the success of the brand.

Our customers from all over Australia and New Zealand are part of a family that has been forged over many years and we love it when they pop in to the shop to say hello.
