Flat Sautés Pan
The copper Sautés Pan has a stainless Steel interior and is available with a 24cm diameter. The lid is optional and is sold separately. This shape is halfway between the pan and the sauté dish. Its cylindrical shape has a height equal to a third of its diameter, making it possible to sweat the food. Good for slow cooking. The bottom is very thick which guarantees a smooth and even distribution of heat. Essential in the kitchen.
